These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SubHelp mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms are intended to apply globally. Certain provisions may be modified or supplemented to comply with mandatory local law in your jurisdiction.
SubHelp is an iOS application that allows you to:
The App may invite you to rate it on the App Store using Apple’s standard review APIs; whether you do so is voluntary.
The App offers a free tier (limited to 3 subscriptions) and SubHelp Premium (more than 3 subscriptions), which is available for a fee via in-app purchase.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in some countries) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App. We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide.
Storage and sync. Your subscription data (active subscriptions, items in your in-app history, prices, renewal dates, categories, and related information you enter) is stored on your device. The App may also sync that data to Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage so it can appear on your other devices signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled. We do not operate separate servers that store your subscription list; sync is provided by Apple under its terms and privacy policy. Reminder notifications, when enabled, are created locally on your device from the dates you supply—they are not sent from our infrastructure.
Deleting data. You can clear App data and most preferences (including notification and haptic settings) using Reset all data in the App’s Settings. Deleting the App from a device removes local data on that device but may not delete copies held in your iCloud account—see Apple’s documentation for managing iCloud data. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and device secure.
SubHelp Premium is a paid subscription that allows you to add more than 3 subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's payment terms. By subscribing, you agree to:
You may manage and cancel your SubHelp Premium subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
SubHelp, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is a tool to help you track subscriptions; we do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party pricing, renewal dates, or cancellation processes. Always verify information with the relevant service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Termination does not affect your right to use data you have exported or any provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability).
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise (e.g., consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant you different rights or allow you to bring claims in your country of residence).
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

If you contact us by email (including feature requests), we may keep and use that correspondence to respond to you, improve the App, and meet legal requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
